I am mum to 2 small children trying to find time to make Turkish Delight and other family recipes based on my Turkish Cypriot heritage using local ingredients and seasonal varieties. Together with my husband we all live in Lewes, East Sussex, a very pretty quirky town!

I make all my products in small batches by hand, with natural & local seasonal ingredients. All products are based on my Turkish - Cypriot father’s recipes, using traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours, as well as local herbs and flowers to bring a touch of the English countryside to my authentic, traditional treats too! Fresh, handmade Turkish Delight is my speciality. My Turkish Delight has a softer texture than commercially made alternatives and contains no preservatives, so is best eaten as fresh as possible.

To respect the environment I use biodegradable packaging where possible.
All ingredients are sourced locally where possible, all are natural, no additives are used and all are suitable for vegetarians.
