I live in London with my husband, three young children and our cat. Christmas magic is still a big part of our household, so I feel incredibly lucky to be able to work for Father Christmas like this. I absolutely love having the responsibility of helping children get their letters with news from the North Pole. I had to sign a special agreement to promise I wouldn't tell any children what I was doing, so I have to work in secret when no-one's looking!
Allocate work time for when it will have minimal impact on the family as much as you can. When you're with the kids, give them proper chunks of quality time and really enjoy playing and laughing together. They'll also find it much easier if you suddenly need to spend a short time working.
