At Little Crystal Minds we promote well being with our mindfulness and affirmation products for children, families and schools. We want to support the next generation and their care givers to ensure they know themselves, to be resilient, confident, calm and happy. With mindfulness tools to tune in to themselves and affirmations and Happy notes to promote a strong positive self belief and mindset. Also side our products we also run mindfulness workshops for children, parents and teachers.

Self care is taking those moments to do something that warms your soul, so you can give the best version of you to your loved ones.
