Product description

My Little Book of Happiness support your child to find their happy! This activity workbook and gratitude journal explores understanding what it is to be happy and helps children find reslience and their own version of happiness!

This book explains, in child friendly terms, that happiness isn't a destination to be achieved, but rather an overall state, with other emotions coming and going.

Filled with activities to develop an understanding of happiness, your child will discover ways to create a happier mindset and space to express happiness on paper.

The second half of the book is a gratitude journal, where there are 2 months worth of daily gratitude entries. Gratitude has been proven to help the brain develop a positive mindset and is a fantastic habit for children to develop early in life. Each entry asks your child to list 3 'Happy Things". These could be good things that happened or things they feel grateful for. It then asks them to write or draw about their favourite moment of the day and encourages them to use an NLP technique called anchoring as they think about this moment. This technique allows children to recall their happy feelings quickly when they need to rebalance emotionally in the future.

This A5 size soft back book is made with our eco friendly FSC 120gsm quality white paper and 300gsm silk card cover.

We recommend that children use this book alongside their parents.
