Little Timbers

My husband and I have been running our business - Little Timbers - for 21 years, since our children were tiny. We initially started the business selling our crafts at craft fairs and local balloon festivals, where we then later continued to have a barrow and shop in Milton Keynes Shopping Centre for over 15 years. As the years have rolled by, we've established a strong reputation for the unique, children's clocks we design and hand make ourselves. Our range of over 60 styles have been carefully designed to suit a variety of popular children's bedroom or nursery themes. The majority of our clocks now have an amusing swinging pendulum element and most of them can be personalised with a child's name.

Now 21 years on, our once tiny children (now very grown up children) have helped us to grow our family business using their skills of graphic design, marketing and painting. We all take pride in our products, and we hope you love them as much as we do.

Mama Tip

Try to keep strict working hours and separate working time and family time otherwise it can all spread into one and work can be the priority, resulting in quality family time being at the bottom of your To Do list. Work is a continuous commitment and will always be there the next time, but precious family moments can be easily missed and never replaced. Take this from an older Mum who has been there and made the mistakes!
