I am a London Mommy to 2 boys (5 yo and a 2 yo), and 1 man-child husband!

I launched Childrenswear brand ‘Muklet’ in May 2015. I've worked as a Fashion Designer for the past 16 years for such brands as Ralph Lauren, Barbour and Jack Wills.

Muklet was born after realising I was unable to easily find clothes and home ware for my cheeky muklets that was original and authentic (and defiantly not cute and pastel)! Drawing on my love of American vintage for inspiration (my husband could also be termed as an American Vintage!), and combining it with my passion for crafting in England I have created a range of Childrenswear, home wares and gifts that are truly unique, beautifully made and fun!

Mama Tip

Surround yourself with positive, supportive people. I belong to some local business groups, mostly working Mommas. They helped give me the confidence to launch my own business, and have given me some wonderful support and advice over the past year.

As much as you can I would personally recommend not trying to look after your children whilst you work. It only ends in chaos!!
