Seven Elves have each written a personalised letter addressed to your children!
They’re spilling the beans on what really goes on at the North Pole. You’ll find out about the reindeer, North Pole cinnamon, Father Christmas’ Christmas Eve uniform, the Magical Wind Machine, the Elves’ bedroom, Marty’s mischievous plans and preparations for the Elves’ big party on Christmas Day.
We deliver a well-disguised package to you, containing:
7 letters, each by a different elf, addressed to your children, and illustrated in their individual styles.
Lengths of North Pole Candy Cane Twine, to tie each letter into a scroll.
A certificate from the Postmaster General congratulating the children for being chosen to receive the letters.
A map of the North Pole Village to help set the scene for the elves’ adventures.
The Practical Bit
Lay them next to pillows, have them poking out of cereal boxes, or leave them out on the kitchen table. You can deliver one each day for a week, or spread them out throughout December.You choose where & when your children find the letters, to create a magical daily family ritual that the kids will love!
Double Up The Magic
The elves have worked very hard to make sure that although the magical and fun story of Elfie’s Christmas Letters and the newsy style of the North Pole Christmas Letters are different, they work really well together!
Please note that due to the printing methods that the North Pole uses and the nature of recycled paper, the product and the print may vary.
Each letter can be addressed to all the children in your family, or anyone else that you would like:

Each order will be personalised and printed just for you so please check really carefully that you’ve spelt everything correctly as you’re completely responsible for this bit.
What happens if I make a mistake?
If you notice a mistake soon after you’ve placed an order and it hasn’t been printed yet, then we can amend it for you.
If you have received your order and notice a mistake, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, or at least within 5 days. If the mistake is on our part, or your product is faulty in some way, then we will apologise profusely and get a replacement to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can’t refund or replace items otherwise.
